Bio:

Adria Garza is a visual artist living and working in San Antonio, Texas. In 2015 she received a Bachelors Degree of Fine Art from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a specialization in drawing and painting. Garza currently works from her studio at Hausmann Millworks. She exhibits an energetic, painterly texture in her artwork with a passion for the human figure and portraiture. Depicting the human form expressively while interpreting the mood of the image with an intuitive sense of color is the driving force behind her work. In addition to her figurative work, she enjoys depicting objects with surface qualities she considers to be dynamic and alluring. Using various mediums she strives to create depth and balance using abstract mark-making paired with the representational subjects she chooses to explore. 

Angelica's art elegantly captures the strength and beauty of women, birds, and plants, drawing inspiration from age-old Mexican traditions passed down by her grandmother. It is a vibrant expression of community life, distinct from academic or self-conscious art, reflecting a blend of natural and supernatural motifs in a glowing palette

Bio:

Angelica Gomez-Mayorga is a native Texan from Uvalde, Texas. At nearly the age of eight, she moved with her mother to San Antonio where she has resided since. Both sides of her family were enriched with the arts, culture, and history. They became either artists or educators. Her parents, coming from Uvalde and Guadalajara, are both painters. Her grandparents played a good part in raising her in common old Mexican and Catholic customs. Angelica is an established artist who incorporates and celebrates the strength and beauty of women and old Mexican traditions taught by her grandmother. 

​​Blas is driven by cultural encounters, the wonders of the animal kingdom, and the richness of Native American culture. He holds a deep passion for vibrant colors, and his work is a reflection of real-life experiences.

Bio: My Grandfather put a pencil in my hand when I was but a mere child. He saw a fledgling interest and a rudimentary talent in his young Grandson, as I was always doodling and scribbling on any clean surface I could find. He nurtured my interest and encouraged me to draw everyday objects around us. Many decades later, I have yet to put that "proverbial" pencil or brush down. Thank you, Grandfather, for your foresight, your encouragement....your love. He was a master carpenter and created wooden toys, tops, gadgets, etc., so he, too, was an artist in his own right. With every piece of art I create, I imagine Grandfather looking over my shoulder, approvingly. A majority of my subject matter is deeply rooted in my strong cultural images and experiences, the animal kingdom, both real and spiritual, and an affinity for the Native American culture, symbology, rituals, and beliefs. Additionally, the vast majority of my body of work is anchored in real-life experiences and occurrences. As you, the viewer can readily witness, I have a passion for color! You will not find a lot of "earth tones" in my work. It can be verily said that you will "hear" my paintings before you "see" them! Bio:

Toryn Autry is a rising traditional artist who began her journey in a small town called Marion, TX. She is currently enrolled in Texas A&M University where she is majoring in Visualization, pursuing her Bachelor's in Science. She has attended an artist residency for fine arts at the New York Academy of Art as a part of their 2023 Summer Undergraduate Residency Program. She has had her work displayed in galleries in College Station, TX, and in New York City. She placed 3rd in MSC TAMU Artfest 2023 with her traditional painting titled, "Flamingo", which was on display at the Wright Galley in College Station, TX, as a part of their "Fresh Forward: Annual PVFA and Student Exhibition" during the summer of 2023. She now has work on display in a restaurant in New Canaan, Connecticut, called Chef Luis' Restaurant. She hopes to continue to pursue a career in traditional and digital art as she continues her journey in the art world.

Bio:

Born in Carora, Venezuela, in 1950. Ever since he was very young he was interested in painting and drawing. Wilian is one of the founders of the Painters Association Julio Teodoro Arze of Carora, in Venezuela. He presents a very particular style by wisely combining colors and creating shapes with great ease. He presented his paintings at over 200 expositions and art rooms in Venezuela where he obtained numerous awards and recognitions. He along with his family came to the United States in 2018, and he immediately fell in love with Texas landscapes. He wanted to express this love through some of his paintings.

Fun Fact: 

His passion and raw talent were quickly noticed by others around him since he was very young. Starting at seven years of age, he was in charge of making all the artistic aspects of all the bulletin boards in his school. A job he took with pride. Thanks to this duty, he learned about all kinds of topics like human anatomy, world geography, and the solar system.

Hobbies:

He has a passion for cinema, music, singing, reading and writing, baseball, and culinary arts. He also enjoys learning about historical events.

André & Katrin are performers and recording artists, eager to perform at any event.

High-energy, entertaining shows were enjoyed by crowds all over Europe and the U.S. from venues such as small cafes, private parties, as well as packed concert halls. Their musical journey started individually a while ago.

André was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and attended the Conservatory Carlos de Campos of Tatuí, SP. He has worked with various musicians and bands, including U.S. Armed Forces bands. He has opened for A-List artists such as Daughtry, Lieutenant Dan Band, Kid Rock, and Zach Brown Band, among others. André has delivered world-class performances for Presidents and World Leaders. He shared the stage with musicians in Brazil, Europe, Africa, and the United States.

Katrin started her journey at a very young age playing with local big bands and setting herself apart in the German music scene. She has performed in various bands until starting her solo career. Katrin is an academically trained vocalist and saxophonist from the Musikschule Kaiserslautern and Kusel in Germany and is now studying in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2016 she has worked with U.S. military musicians in Germany and Europe. Her shows extended to countries like France, Switzerland, and Austria to name a few.  With power and finesse, her delivery transcends all genres, with a touch of jazz, funk, soul, and world music.
