Art pieces are typically considered delicate, often requiring special shipping and handling. As such, we take no responsibility for damages that may occur during the shipping process. In standard industry fashion, all art sales are final.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to any location the USPS will deliver to domestically, inside the United States.

 

What kind of products are shipped?

 

We ship any unframed art that can reasonably withstand standard shipping. All of our art is sold as is, with or without any cosmetic damage as visible in product images. We do not regularly ship framed art because of how easily it can be damaged. If you would like to purchase a framed piece of art from our store please contact us directly about special crating and shipping.

 

How are the products handled and packaged?

 

We inspect your ordered item for quality before shipping out to ensure that it is in at least fair condition. We carefully package art into secure, sturdy containers that easily withstand standard shipping conditions.

 

How are the products shipped?

 

We ship through USPS Priority Mail.

 

How long does the ordering and shipping process take?

We are open Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm GMT to process your order. Once it is processed and sent out for shipping, USPS Priority mail usually arrives within 3-7 business days.

 

What is your policy on exchanges or replacements?

We often sell art that is either one of a kind or has no available replacement. Because of this, we can not regularly offer replacements for any item for any reason. Exchanges can be taken into special consideration with a product in person at our store location in San Antonio, TX.

 

What is your policy on returns or refunds?

 

All sales are final. When you purchase from our store, you agree that your purchase will not be returned or refunded.
