Steven Louis Ball is a wildlife artist who enjoys studying and painting many different kind of birds and animals - from the majestic eagle to the most common critter. It has been said that every painting in som way becomes a self portrait of its creator. Steven’s passionate involvement with the nature world is plain to see. Beside paintings, Steven has limited edition etching and lithographs. 
 
Steven studied at the Los Angeles Art Center College of Design, where he received his formal training in design and illustration. Steven’s art is now part of many corporate and private collections throughout the states and abroad.
 
Steven Louis Ball’s work goes beyond mere documentation; it evokes mood and tells a story as he sees and feels it. His artistic approach is based on his personal selection of subjects, with the aim not just to record, but to infuse each scene or image with his unique expression and interpretation. This level of artistry can only be achieved when the artist possesses the skills to document alongside the creativity to bring their vision to life. In Steven’s words, “Art allows me to explore nature and gain a deeper understanding of its wonders. Watching that moment happen—when I see a Peregrine Falcon stoop off the side of a cliff and dive toward the ocean—truly inspires me.”
